Back to School with Charleston a Go-Go!

Solo Charleston

Looking for some escapism from the stresses of modern life? Get ready to kick up your heels and party like it's 1929!

Our mood-boosting Charleston classes give you the chance to switch off, have fun and learn some of the most joyful and iconic dance steps of the Jazz Age - think everything from the Black Bottom to the Bee’s Knees!

This autumn, we'll be dancing to a jazz standard that's pure sunshine, When You're Smiling. Written in 1928, it's bright, swinging and irresistibly optimistic – the perfect reminder that joy really is infectious!

With an emphasis on fun and inclusivity, no previous dance experience is required. As always, every course also includes weekly online tutorials you can access on demand,  so you can dance whenever the mood takes you.

Sixties a Go-Go!

Did you know that one of the only specialist 1960s dance classes in the UK is right here on your doorstep in Sheffield?!

Sixties a Go-Go is all about feel good music and high-energy fun, dancing authentic 1960s dance moves to get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing - it's accidental exercise, disguised as pure joy!

This Autumn we'll be zipping up our go-go boots for Nancy Sinatra rarity. The Last of the Secret Agents. Written by Lee Hazlewood in 1966, it's perfect for slinking undercover through cocktail parties, dodging laser beams, and embracing your inner secret agent!

We'll also twist, pony and jerk our way through the grooviest, most uplifting Sixties dance crazes, with weekly online tutorials to keep you shakin' your thing any time, any place, anywhere...
