"It's my evening where I have to leave work on time and can switch off and have some fun. It forces me to make time for myself which I really appreciate.  I enjoy the mini 'pep-talks', and think they encourage everyone to feel confident, proud and less concerned about mistakes along the way - this then translates into general life and not just the dance which follows. I find the classes really empowering. I’d say treat yourself to this gloriously fun and relaxed dance class in the most supportive of environments!"
