'Shake That Thing' at a Free  Taster Class on

*

Tuesday 21st  March at 7.30 pm

Think Charleston a Go-Go might be just the thing to put a bit more sparkle and joy in your life in 2023?!

Why not come along and try a class on me!

Whether you want to party like it's 1929, or do the twist, the stomp, the mashed potato too, you can have fun trying out some of the most iconic and joyful dance moves of all time, to a toe-tapping soundtrack of uplifting retro music. These are super relaxed, fun and friendly sessions, with absolutely no pressure to 'get it all right' or sign up for further classes. Everyone is there for the same reason - to enjoy an hour of escapism, try something new, and hopefully find their happy feet! With an emphasis on fun and inclusivity, expect to leave with an incredible energy and confidence boost that lasts all week!

.  Enjoy an hour of escapism from the stresses of modern life

Learn authentic vintage dances, without having to worry about dancing with a partner or even knowing your left from your right!

Enjoy all the physical and mental health benefits of being active in a fun way, with no pressure to wear sports wear and feel like you're actually  'ex-urgh-cising!'

Connect with friendly, like-minded people, where age, what you look like, your fitness levels and feeling like you've got 'two left feet' are no barrier to shakin' your thing on the dance floor -  enthusiasm is literally all that is required!!
