I usually try to reply to all enquiries and emails within a few days, however over the August break this can be longer. Please check your junk mail if you can't see a reply.

I ask for a mobile phone number so that I can send you ONE single text to confirm when I have responded to your enquiry. This is due to a number of previous emails being lost in junk mail folders. I won't store this or use this number for any other reason- I don't know anyone who wants to receive marketing by text message, myself included!
