Sixties a Go-Go!
We'll do the twist the stomp, the mashed potato too...!
This is an upbeat, high energy dance class with a twist, using classic 60's dance crazes and Go-Go moves to get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing. Alongside 'dance along' routines, where we build and layer choreography as we go, we also learn more choreographed routines, which we break down and progress over the term.
With an emphasis on fun and inclusivity, we're here to bring some groovy Go-Go vibes into life - enthusiasm and a sense of humour are all that is required!
Set to a soundtrack of fabulous, feel good music, you'll not only leave each class feeling like you've had some 'accidental exercise', you'll also have a whole new set of moves ready to take onto any dance floor!
