In olden days, a glimpse of stocking was looked on as something shocking, but now, God knows... Anything goes!
Ahoy there, Flappers! This June we'll be setting sail aboard an ocean liner, all the way back to 1934! Cole Porter classic 'Anything Goes' is a humorous tale of high seas, high society and high scandal set in Depression era America, and somehow manages to sound as fresh now as it did almost a century ago.
Over the 6 week course you'll learn a full routine bursting with joyful and authentic dance steps of the Jazz Age. Think solo Charleston, vintage chorus line spectacle, tap influences and a super stylish nautical twist!
We will be dancing to this Pasadena Roof Orchestra interpretation of the song, and this teaser trailer will give you a hint of what to expect...

Summer. 1963. Happy memories of Patrick Swayze (big sigh....) This *brand new* choreography to classic early 60's dance record, "Do You Love Me?", by the Contours, will bring all the high energy summer party vibes. Expect iconic Sixties Go-Go grooves, the chance to let go, and bonus marks if you bring a watermelon...
Over the 6 week course we will also dance lots of the most uplifting Sixties dance crazes, and even a little D.I.S.C.O.
It really is accidental exercise, disguised as pure joy!
